Preparations for the NASDAQ listing are well underway, marking an important milestone for the company.

Therefore, we would like to inform you of the upcoming deadlines and opportunities related to SGT Staking as follows

(1) SOT_2023_09 and later have different monthly types in the format "SOT_yyyy_mm".

(2) The exercise start date of each SOT is two years after the token distribution date.

(3) The exercise start date of SOT Alpha is one year after the distribution date.

Benefits from Staking

  • By staking SGT during the above period, you will earn the option to exchange shares if the company is listed on NASDAQ.
  • If not staked within the specified time period, SGTs will remain as cryptocurrency, but will not offer the option to convert them into shares after the time period has elapsed.
