We propose to change from a profit-sharing model to a buy-back model.

In order for DAO members to be eligible to vote, they must stake their SGTs to xSGTs; see here for instructions on how to stake SGTs:. How to Stake SGT to xSGT
Please note that only SGTs on ethereum (ERC20) can be staked to obtain voting rights.

Proposal Details:.

• Current Structure:. Profit sharing from the Suzuverse management company to DAO members is suspended until January 2026.
• This proposal:. In lieu of suspension of profit sharing,To use half of our profits to buy back SGT tokens on the marketproposal. The buyback has already been voluntarily implemented since April.
• Reason for proposal:. In order to support the global success of Suzuverse and its future listing on Nasdaq, we believe that distributing profits directly to the DAO would be an impediment to meeting the Nasdaq listing requirements.
• Remarks:Past losses are carried forward.

This is an important decision to reorganize our partnership structure. However, this change will not have any significant economic impact in the short term.
