The said company immediately conducted an investigation and confirmed that the re-consultant had illegally padded the bill.

Although this was the work of a subcontractor, the responsibility for supervision rests with the company in question, so there can be no excuse. We have been informed that the company will take this matter very seriously and follow the instructions of Aichi Prefecture.

We are pleased to report that the company informed us today that it has made full restitution of the amount it was instructed to return by Aichi Prefecture.

Although there is no relationship between our company and Identity, the president of Identity is active in our company as "KING TOMIOKA," and we recognize and respond to this matter as our own.

In the future, we and our affiliates will take a more compliance-oriented stance.
