Subscriptions in the new system

Dear DAO Members,

Due to a system replacement that took place on October 2, subscription sales are temporarily unavailable at this time. Subscription sales will resume sometime after Wednesday evening, October 5.

Below are the important changes and information

• Existing subscription purchasers can continue to use the service and no special procedures are required. Details and status of subscriptions purchased can be viewed in AMS.

• If you wish to purchase a new subscription,store.suzuverse.com Please follow the procedure from *The service will be available from the evening of October 5.

• The monthly settlement date is the date of the initial purchase.
  • For example, if a purchase is made on October 5, the next settlement will take place on November 5.
  • If the scheduled settlement date does not exist (e.g., February 29), settlement will be made on the following day.
  • Fees are fixed monthly without pro-rating.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next month's payment.

1. Unlimited package
   • Price: 14,800 yen
   • Description: Unlimited use of all avatars provided by the company
   • Contract term: Monthly contract
   • Cancellation conditions: Cancellation procedure required before the next renewal
2. Premium package (limited plan)
   • Price: 4,480 yen
   • Description: Unlimited use of specific avatars only
   • Contract term: Monthly contract
   • Cancellation conditions: Cancellation procedure required before the next renewal
