We, SUZUVERSE, through our Japanese subsidiary "SUZUVERSE JAPAN, LLC," have filed a civil preservation case with the Tokyo District Court on December 12, 2023, demanding the deletion of the video posted by Mr. Shigeyoshi Kakiuchi regarding his violation of our moral rights.

Mr. Shigeyoshi Kakiuchi has been posting untrue information about our business on his YouTube channel, "Shigeyoshi Kakiuchi Channel." In addition, he has made statements that appear illegal and incite anxiety among users, so we have filed a civil preservation case seeking removal of the posted videos.

We also claim damages for defamation caused by the video posted by Mr. Shigeyoshi Kakiuchi.
