Notice and apology for product setup error.

Dear SUZUVERSE DAO Members

A recent misconfiguration in the process of reflecting purchases in accounts resulted in some users receiving level 2 avatars instead of the level 1 avatars that were purchased.

As soon as we became aware of this issue, we immediately began to address the problem, contacted all affected users individually, and processed a replacement with the correct product.

We will ensure that our system checks and processes are improved to prevent such errors from recurring in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation.
